Armed with advanced skills and hands-on practical experience, our students and faculty are conducting research in a number of key areas, including health services; physical activity and health; the empowerment of individuals, families and communities; mental and emotional wellness; and chronic illness. The 2008 UNC Charlotte Homecoming 5K
Faculty, staff and students engage in experiential learning and community service in health care and human services through partnerships and collaborations with over 300 agencies, clinics, hospitals, and other institutions in Charlotte and the surrounding region. The CHHS also is committed to informed and engaged global citizenry, and contributes to addressing international issues. Your gift to the College of Health and Human Services will support this commitment to our community.
