Thursday, March 19, 2015:
10 a.m.-10:15 a.m. Opening remarks and Introduction of Dr.
Jane Hamilton-Merritt, moderator, Hmong American veterans, &
panelists
10:15 a.m.-11:45 a.m. Q & A & Discussion with Dr.
Hamilton-Merritt and panelists made up of Hmong American veterans
of the Secret Wars, other Hmong American survivors of these wars,
and Hmong American youths born and raised in the U.S.
11:45 a.m. -12 p.m. Conclusion and wrap-up

Objectives: At this special event, participants will learn about the Hmong through a guest lecture and discussion, be able to identify the impact of these wars on the health of the Hmong Americans, and be able to identify culturally sensitive health care services to the Hmong.
