Transfer Students

Transfer Student Information and Resources

Over the past semesters, we have reviewed the data and trends for new transfer students to the College of Health and Human Services at UNC Charlotte. Many students start off with a solid GPA at the schools they are transferring from, but often find themselves facing academic challenges at midterms and at the end of their first semester. In an effort to help connect transfer students, and keep you on track, you are required to complete the Transfer Student Contract and the Transfer Student Assessment below. These tools are utilized by advisors to help connect you with resources and ensure that you are earning the grades, using the tools available, and doing what it takes to become a successful applicant and future graduate of your intended degree program. For questions regarding the Transfer Student Contract and Transfer Student Assessment please contact your academic advisor.
